Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling within 30 days from the date of arrival there are no penalties.
- If cancelling starting at 29 days to 11 days before the date of arrival the deposit will not be returned.
- In case of cancellation within 10 days before the arrival date, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
- The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
- For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
- For cancellations within 30 to 11 days prior to arrival, 35% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
Tourist tax
City tax is of 3,00 euro per person per day. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
Our house is entirely smoke free.
Pets, on request, are allowed in our hotel. The price is of 20 euro per day.
Access to our wellness area is open to adults from the age of 18.
We apply the following discounts for children:
- 0 to 3 years - 50%
- 3 to 6 years - 35%
- 6 to 10 years - 25%
