Cancellation Policy

If cancelling within 30 days from the date of arrival there are no penalties.
If cancelling starting at 29 days to 11 days before the date of arrival the deposit will not be returned.
In case of cancellation within 10 days before the arrival date, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 11 days prior to arrival, 35% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

Tourist tax
City tax is of 3,00 euro per person per day. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

Our house is entirely smoke free.

Pets, on request, are allowed in our hotel. The price is of 20 euro per day.

Access to our wellness area is open to adults from the age of 18.

Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
