Giorgio and Nicolò offer a half board solution blending tradition and innovation with a touch of personality. At Steinrösl, we appreciate typical Ladin cuisine, but we like to reinterpret it, experiment with it and surprise you. We think we are what we eat so we are always looking for fresh, healthy products and fine raw materials. We want to surprise you, so if you stay in our house for several weeks you will never eat the same dish more than once.
